Job responsibilities:

• Execute daily activities with the individuals at home or in the community.
• Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist in medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Assist individuals with meal planning, preparation and daily documentation
• Driving individuals to/from appointments
• Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training
• Ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met.
• Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• With at least 2 years experience as a Caregiver and/or House Manager
• Must be able to work full-time hours
• Must be able to PASS a full criminal background check, drug test and driving records.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card for background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
