Job Description Summary
To join our team as a Residential Field Specialist! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Provide virtual, telephonic, and in-person support services for energy-efficient measures, conduct energy efficiency audits, field visits, events, trainings, documentation, and other field activities through a defined territory. Provides support, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

- Conduct residential energy-efficiency implementation activities through in-person and virtual support.
- Record inspection results, customer, and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff
- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
Travel throughout a defined territory.
