LOCATION: Austin, Texas

JOB DESCRIPTION

Residential & Commercial Supervisor oversees the supervision of the installation team. This Supervisor role provides support as needed to the Location Manager. Responsibilities include training, ensuring job completion, multi-tasking, and enforcing company policies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

• Coordinate with Location Manager for project completion, quality control, and daily metrics
• Assist with training and support to installation technicians as needed
• Coordinate with Dispatch team to ensure all jobs are status accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, subcontractors, vendors, and BTS personnel
• Provide support for retention and recruitment as needed
• Multi-task in fast paced environment such as troubleshooting, scheduling, morale, and production
• Assist with overall daily operations as needed
• Implement and enforce Broadband Telecom Services policies and procedures
• Must be able to pass background/drug screening and clear motor vehicle report
• This is a physical job that requires the strength (lift up to 60 lbs.) and ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 32 feet in the air.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all Installation team members
  
• Must be able to kneel, crawl, push, pull, bend, stop, lift, and dig
• This position is exposed to outside elements (rain, snow, sleet, and heat)

• Performs other duties as assigned by Locations Manager and provided general assistance to other employees as directed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous telecommunications industry experience required
• Prior Lead Installation Technician or similar Supervisor role preferred, minimum 1 to 2 years
