Yorkshire and Stonebridge Manor is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be a 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm Resident Care Manager. Yorkshire and Stonebridge Manor Assisted Living offers assisted living, memory care and specialized care in a homelike environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance to total care for the frail elderly.

As a Resident Care Manager, you are responsible for setting a pristine example with your care for the elderly. You will be expected to provide and manage resident care, administer medications and treatments while ensuring proper procedures are being followed.

Building staff relationships and staff training is one of the most important aspects of the job to help ensure that great care is provided to the residents. You must maintain proper and effective communication amongst residents, their families, health care providers, and other facility staff.

Previous experience in senior care preferred.

CENA license or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred.

We are located on the Grand Rapids bus line.

Online Dementia Certification Training

Every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
