The Heights Assisted Living (Holmen, WI):
Eagle Crest Communities is the largest not-for-profit senior care provider in Western Wisconsin, and we want YOU on our team! Casual Call; PRN:

• Casual Call positions work three shifts per month, with two being weekend shifts, and participate in the holiday and on-call rotation.:

Part-time:
32 hours per pay period:

• Current Shift times 11pm-7:15am
• Must be available to work every other weekend

22 hours per pay period:

• Shifts are every other weekend 6:45 am - 3:15 pm and every other Monday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.

About the Position:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Associates serving the residents of our 16 assisted living apartments.

Being a Resident Care Associate is not just a job, it is a meaningful experience that goes beyond a paycheck. You will make a difference in the lives of our residents by assisting them with personal cares, activities of daily living, and social activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible. Responsibilities include medication administration, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks.

Requirements:

• If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting a waiver to work.
• Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors
• Valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay:

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience

Our Wages:

• Our starting rate is between $16.00 and 18.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion, and regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential and new Weekend Differential as well as on-call and pick-up incentives.
