Position Summary:
The RN Residency is for new graduate RNs, experienced RNs wishing to transition to the hospital setting, as well as hospital nurses desiring to change specialty areas. The program is a combination of classroom instruction and clinical hours with preceptors who are experts in their fields. At the conclusion of the Residency, RNs will feel confident in providing the quality patient care our patients require and deserve.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN required after 3 years of employment. $20,000 loan forgiveness.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Current WA state RN license. Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
Additional Information:
During the course of Residency training: You may be required to work all shifts. Your post-Residency, Staff RN shift and FTE may be known upon hire. In most cases it is determined at the end of the program. A current BLS card is required by the start date. Must be licensed before cohort begins.
