We are seeking someone to join our Financial Services team in St. Louis, MO as a Representative, Accounts Payable. In this role, you will assure all invoices are processed based on established guidelines and company policy.
Responsibilities:
As a Representative, Accounts Payable, you will:
- Process invoice interface file according to established timelines.
- Resolve all trade invoicing exceptions and cost differences in a timely manner.
- Partner with field management team to proactively resolve inventory discrepancies (fulfillment issues, aged outstanding cases, etc.)
- Review all store level adjustments are properly made ensuring overall inventory integrity is maintained.
- Process all return to vendor, damage credits, allowances, and markdowns in a timely manner.
- Partner with Supervisor to identify and communicate opportunities to streamline processes and systems, proposing viable solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant business experience (or demonstrated ability)
- Retail / Wholesale experience a nice to have
- MS Office: Word, Excel (average), Outlook
- SAP experience is a plus
