Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Understand the clients’ wants, needs, preferences, and budget.
- Research, organize, and book all trip plans as needed by clients. This may include booking: Hotel stays, Resorts, Car Rentals, Airport transfers, Airfare, Cruises, Tours and Activities,
- Concert/Sporting/Event tickets, etc.
- Create Quotes, Itineraries, and Invoices for customers.
- Be in the know on the latest Travel Industry changes and Restrictions and Covid protocols.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 and Older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and/or smartphone.
- Need to attend live and recorded trainings and gatherings.
- Must be willing to have a positive attitude, and be able to learn and adapt to the industry.
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision, but willing to ask for help and guidance when needed.
