About This Job
As a 3rd shift Remittance Processing Supervisor, you will oversee a high-performing team and ensure timely and accurate processing of Wholesale Lockbox accounts within established deadlines. You will take a hands-on approach to employee training, performance coaching, and coordinating the workflow.

Essential Functions
- Oversee department workflow and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to team members
- Provide guidance to employees on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations, and answer day-to-day questions for team members
- Provide operational direction to employees in accordance with established systems and procedures
- Motivate team members to meet production and quality goals and interact with customers business partners regularly
- Work with project management team regarding vendor software upgrades and complete testing of software as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Work Hours
Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 pm - 7:00 am
**

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
- Proactive, detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- A quick study with excellent problem solving, process improvement and analytical abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Excels in team leadership and possesses strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge of the accounts receivable / remittance processing field
- Ability to develop and coach team members with proven ability to achieve results through collaboration and teamwork
- Self-starter with strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the company, clearly expressing ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Effectively manage diverse personalities and traits
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years remittance experience required
- 1+ years leadership experience required Remittance processing experience preferred
