Basic Function

Staffing Services Division is seeking an energetic and detail-orientated Relocation Advisor who can provide professional administrative services and support for intermediate level complexity involved with onboarding and relocating expatriate applicants to Saudi Arabia for expat employment with Saudi Aramco.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the relocation process for new hires and their family relocating to Saudi Arabia and performs all administrative duties pertaining to their relocation process; responsible for overseeing new hires complete task promptly for their onboarding and employment process; assist the new hire and/or family on all facets of the relocation process such as pre-employment contingencies, securing visa and coordinating benefits enrollment
  • Manage candidate and their relocation process from offer acceptance to hire
  • Conduct telephone conference calls with applicants and Saudi Aramco departments
  • Be available to meet one on one with applicants during normal work schedule
  • Conduct virtual engagement meetings with applicants
  • Manage the applicant’s pre-employment contingency process (background, medical, dependent children school acceptance, degree authentication, conflict of interest and visa process)
  • Must be able to maintain tracking updates in applicant tracking database
  • Must be able to coordinate applicant medical information and maintain confidentiality within HIPPA guidelines
  • Must be detailed orientation to prepare visa package to be submitted to Saudi Embassy
  • Must be able to handle and secure applicant private and personal information with confidentiality
  • Review and prepare applicant reimbursement request
  • Prepare professional email correspondences and exchange emails with applicants and Saudi Aramco departments
  • Required to learn and know Saudi Aramco Relocation Guidelines
  • Communicate with all levels of leadership, background investigators, medical coordinator, travel agent, and Saudi government offices
  • Responsible for requesting travel arrangements for applicants
  • Work together in team environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Personnel Administration; understanding of HR theory, the HR Lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.; working knowledge of at least one core sub-function of Human Resources; understanding of Saudi Arab culture if relevant in assigned area.

  • must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette

  • Typically, at least five (3-5) years of experience in a human resources field, preferably with prior relocation experience
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English
