Pay starting at $42/hr. and goes up based on experience
Description:
The RN Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. We are looking for RN clinicians who would like to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with the opportunities to advance their career.

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Directing, initiating, and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
- Performing resident/patient assessments.
- Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
- Checking residents/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
- Administering prescribed medications and injections.
- Acting as a leader in providing guidance to other nursing and CNA staff.
- Following the directive of the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager in assisting in the admissions and discharge process

Qualifications:
- NJ RN License
- LTC Experience preferred but not required Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing is an equal opportunity employer.
