We have an exciting nursing opportunity on our Advanced Heart Care at Methodist Hospital! This 28 bed progressive care unit focuses on the close monitoring of patients with cardiovascular diagnoses including:

• Advanced Heart Failure
• Pulmonary hypertension
• Cardiac arrhythmias/drips
• Congenital heart defects
• Infective endocarditis along with a multitude of other co-morbidities

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
