Mount St. Rita Health Centre is a 98 bed facility that provides both short term and long term care. We are located in a beautiful setting in the hills of Cumberland near the Wrentham border, atop Diamond Hill rd. Our staff is vibrant and dedicated to quality. Our management team is exceptional.

The Nurse is responsible for, giving medication as transcribed by Physician, treatments, obtaining telephone orders, charting documentation accurately and in a timely manner, doing skilled assessments, doing treatments, attending care plan meetings, and other responsibilities assigned by Supervisor or DNS.
