Job description

Nurses shall conduct resident and practitioner interviews using an abuse scale and skin check assessment tool. Nurses shall assess for signs of abuse and neglect, inappropriate use of restraints, toileting, bathing/shower schedules, hydration, wound care, and other similar assessments as assigned . Medical record reviews, as needed, will be conducted at the. Any instances of abuse or negligence will be immediately reported . Nurses shall also monitor PPE compliance and staffing presence on assigned units.

Application Question(s):

• RN’s shall be Registered Nurses (in the State of Maryland), currently licensed

and in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing, with at least three (3) years of
long-term-care (LTC) experience at the Charge Nurse level or higher [Charge Nurse, Nurse
Manager, Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON), Director Of Nursing (DON), Nursing
Supervisor, or Quality Assurance (QA)/Performance Improvement (PI) Nurse].
Nurses with Geriatric Nursing Experience preferred.

Experience:

• Long term care: 3 years (Preferred)
• Nursing home: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN (Required)
