Team RHC is currently searching for Pre-Certified Registered Behavior Technicians for our Bloomington, IN location. RBT certification is strongly preferred, but RHC will provide company-paid training and BACB fees.

We offer competitive wages in the area ranging between $17-19/hour for pre-certified RBTs. Job Requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (strongly preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)

Job Specific Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive List):

  • Provide 1:1 services to patients with Autism implementing individualized programs as written and advised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Complete clinical documentation including data collection and patient progress notes, and administrative paperwork while adhering to HIPAA regulations for Private Health Information.
  • Provide and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment for patients with Autism in a clinical setting.
  • Maintain company standards for sanitation, and cleanliness for all patient workspace and shared areas in the clinic.
