Regional Manager
Job description
We are hiring a Regional Manager for a confidential daycare franchise in the greater Massachusetts region. This is a competitive opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager that enjoys working alongside people that share a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach a strong pipeline of directors, assistant directors, and operations managers at all locations with succession planning
- Drive growth by implementing strategies that increase child enrollment, and recruiting staff
- Provide developmental feedback and assignments to grow and develop talent
- Identify roadblocks, root causes for issues and implement corrective actions to ensure center management is focused on growth and team engagement.
- Proactively addresses concerns, considering the views and opinions of both internal and external customers
- Measure and monitor key metrics across the business to improve performance
- Consistently works to share best practices, and drive improvements in process discipline
- Serves as a skilled business consultant, influencing and guiding franchisees to successfully operate their centers
- Provide interim center leadership if required
Regional Manager Experience Requirements
- Experienced Multi-Unit Operator in franchised business.
- Understands how to analyze Profit & Loss statements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software.
- Strong project management, business writing and reporting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to various locations in organizational service areas, as required by duties.
What does success look like:
- Active children at >90% building capacity.
- Center staffing to support +10% growth over enrollments.
- Succession planning in place for Director, Assistant Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
