Element2 is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee business operations through out RI, MA and CT.

Responsibilities :

• The regional manager will be responsible for will be responsible for all the commercial (retail /office) facilities and leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
• As a regional manager, your duties also include guiding management staff, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

Must Haves:

• Budgeting - Must have good accounting background to oversee CAM expenses, and maintaining yearly budget while driving cost saving initiatives through vendor negotiations.
• Bid Collections or RFP experience.
• Vendor Management Skills/ Negotiations - Proposals, Collections, Reviews.
• Verify and understand lease agreements.
• Must have retail plaza experience (direct experience or construction).

Job Type:

100% Onsite, with on-call availability for emergencies (fire, leaks, property damage).

Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
