REGIONAL CASE MANAGER
This is a Salaried/Full-time Position; the Case Manager is an employee of Twin Oaks Juvenile Development, Inc. {DBA} “Twin Oaks Forensic Outpatient Services”
This position is accountable for the overall coordination and facilitation of the delivery of services to clients admitted to Twin Oaks Forensic Outpatient Services in a designated region. The employee’s office location is maintained within their primary residence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend Delinquency/Competency Hearings in Florida's 6th, 12th & 20th Judicial Circuits.
Serve as a Liaison between Florida Courts, FL Department of Children & Families, Department of Juvenile Justice, and assigned Clients
Monthly Face to Face Client contacts
Coordinate, Plan, Link, Assess, Monitor, and Advocate for the service provision assigned Caseload.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related area of study.
Two (2) years experience working with children or adolescents required.
CPR & First Aid Certifications
Work Independently
Computer Proficient

BACKGROUND SCREENING:
Federal, State, and Local Background Clearances
Employment Eligibility Verification
Valid (Florida) Driver’s License
Professional Employment Reference Checks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year

  • Children's Mental Health: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Juvenile Delinquency: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
