Wise Staffing Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the North MS region. The Regional Business Development Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. The BDM demonstrates an out of the box mentality and brings a desire to hunt. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue by generating new business to the company. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new client opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.

Job responsibilities include promoting the company's services, addressing or predicting client goals, keeping good and thorough records of sales, revenue, and invoices, provide after-sales support, arrange meetings with prospective clients, developing a business growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the BDM is able to train and develop entry-level employees into strong sales people.

Salary is $60,000 to $65,000 based on experience, plus weekly commission, gas and cell allowance.

Job Skills:

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role

Proven sales track record

Proficiency in MS Office and HCM systems

Local market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
