Job Description
This position will report to the Ingalls' IT Compliance Manager and will work with the IT Compliance Team in support of compliance activities as required by law, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
The selected candidate will:
- Be a leader in SAP and IFS Roles, Permission Sets and Security activities
- Assist and work as part of the IT compliance team in the documentation and review of all relevant General Information Technology Controls surrounding the Financial, HR, and applicable systems.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining audit documentation artifacts.
- Assist with the completion of Quality Audits as needed.
- Assist in the design, documentation and communication of IT processes and controls and identify opportunities for more efficient and effective processes.
- Interact with both Internal and external auditors in audit testing IT of systems for compliance; includes Sarbanes-Oxley, DCAA, software suppliers and other audit agencies as required
- Assist in the management and enforcement of SOX controls, Internal processes and procedures, and additional government regulations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 10 years relevant professional experience; Master's Degree in related field and 8 years relevant professional experience.
Requires experience with Government regulations that include, but are not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Identification (PII/PPI), DFAR, NIST.
Requires previous experience with participating in audits.
Requires skills such as good communication/collaborative abilities, attention for detail and documentation, and an intentional adherence to timelines.
Requires experience with preparing external and executive level communications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with roles, permission sets, and security functions with SAP, IFS, and/or Saviynt
