Job Tile: Refrigeration Technician (Pay is DOE)

Refrigeration Laborer

This position is part of a dynamic team and requires Industry and mechanical experience. The responsibilities of a Technician include but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Basic Mechanical experience and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience: boom lift, standard propane/electric, Scissor lift. (Training provided)
• Able to withstand heights of 40ft – required for CA room maintenance using evaporator or Condenser unit.
• Willingness to travel (in company vehicle) as far as Zillah and Tampico
• Work Monday -Friday, 7am-4pm (occasional weekends on peak seasons)
• Must provide own Standard/Metric wrenches: 3/8, 3/4 12-17
• Must follow instructions from Company Managers and Supervisors.
• Must be able to follow all safety and operational standards in place by Monson Fruit.
• Work with team members and employees in a positive and respectful manner.

• Seeking employees that demonstrate a positive “can do attitude”. Must be able to identify problems and be a part of creating solutions for department / plant efficiencies.
• Willing and able to assist with workloads in "like" departments
• Willing and able to learn additional processes and responsibilities within their department and other departments in the company.
• Monson Fruit employees are expected to act and behave in a manner of representing Monson Fruit during their shift and public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Selah, WA 98942: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
