Due to continued growth we are seeking a motivated and energetic Blue-Collar recruiter to join our busy team in Fort Collins, Colorado! This is a crucial role growing our USA operations with recruitment for various internal office and field-based roles. See where a career with Mader can take you!!

The role is full-time permanent, working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and execute recruitment plans with management
• Coordinate and implement new recruitment initiatives
• Advertise on various platforms ie. Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and company website
• Pro-active candidate sourcing through various platforms – referrals, talent search, social media, LinkedIn etc
• Shortlist candidates for line manager review based on criteria
• Liaising and supporting hiring managers through selection process
• Initial phone screens
• Conducting face-to-face and video interviews
• Complete pre-employment stages including medical and reference checks for all candidates
• Prepare and manage employment offers & on-boarding processes including employment contracts, inductions and meet and greet appointments
• Ad hoc administration and recruitment related reports including weekly and monthly requirements
• Ensuring everything is ready to go for their mobilization to site

About You

• Previous internal recruitment experience
• Mining, construction, or oil and gas experience preferred
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
• Prior experience using PageUp is highly advantageous
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
• Professional and friendly attitude
