BRS currently have an exciting opportunity for a resourcer with a proactive attitude and drive to join the team and support a new contract in Amrillo.

Recruitment experience is not necessary , however, willingness to learn and grow in this role are a must. Strong customer service and administration experience would be beneficial.

As a Resourcer, it will be your job to support the team with a range of tasks, this includes candidate sourcing and short listing, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and some administration.

Daily duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Sourcing candidates for various roles in different sectors
• Calling candidates
• Telephone interviewing
• Advertising vacancies
• Ensuring compliance
• Managing temporary workers
• Dealing with accommodation queries for out of state workers
• Liasing with the client
• Payroll administration
