LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a great opportunity in the NYC area. This position will be on a contract basis. This role requires healthcare or nonprofit recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source resumes from various job boards and screen qualified candidates
• Build a pipeline of RN's, CNA's, HHA's, etc. to have on hand for new openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers during interviews and for feedback
• Schedule interviews and follow up meetings between candidates and hiring managers
• Update ATS to match status within hiring process
• Extend offers and send out rejection letters
• Enter new hire information into HRIS and ensure all documents are on file
• Communicate with new hires regarding new hire orientation and scheduling

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Recruiting experience
• Experience within healthcare or nonprofit industry
• Ability to work within at least 25 requisitions
• Experience with HRIS an ATS software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00am-5:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate:

• $32.00/hr. to $38.00/hr.
