Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiting Sales Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role will be a part time 1099 role for now until further notice.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure that their staffing needs are being met
Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and staffing requirements, and work closely with them to identify potential candidates
Work collaboratively with our internal recruiting team to ensure that candidates are properly vetted and presented to clients in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to build your network
Continuously improve your knowledge of our services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to travel as needed
