As an American Medical Staffing Recruiting Manager, you are responsible for developing a pipeline of healthcare professionals (HCPs). You are responsible for the growth and relationship building with AMS HCPs to both join AMS as well as continue with AMS. You will establish and build AMS's reputation and brand through the market while recruiting and supporting HCPs using the company Core Values of Customer Service, Respect, Ethical Behavior, Accountability, Teamwork and Excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the AMS Way and exceeding minimum activity standards.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Talents

  • College level course work in business administration preferred
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and rules of composition
  • Knowledge of principals of and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales technology, and sales management systems
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or relevant work experience
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize and complete work with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt to multiple information technology platforms; email, applicant tracking systems and job boards

General Duties and Responsibilities of the AMS Recruiting Manager

  • Recruit through various sources to include Company database, Internet, job boards, referrals, advertisements, direct mail, call, text and email blasts, conventions and cold calling
  • Review resumes, interview and screen candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills
  • Build a pipeline of HCPs to help support and anticipate future needs
  • Maintain effective communication and follow up with the team to place/transition candidates
  • Maintain effective communication, engagement and follow up with HCPs and ensure all communication is documented in CTM; all correspondence with HCPs must be documented; email, text, face to face meetings and phone
  • Support as needed the management of HCPs in our systems and update their profile information as necessary
  • Track KPI Metrics for your role, including total number of applicants, number of submissions for those applicants, number of offers, etc.
  • Coordinate the seamless transition for HCPs into client needs to Account Management team members; serve as liaison between HCPs and Account Manager
  • Communicate with HCPs regarding possible extensions
  • Maintain current client information in our scheduling system as needed; all correspondence with clients must be documented; email, text, face to face meetings and phone
