Staffing Texas is looking for a competent Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation and placement of associate employees, data entry, and basic coordinator-type duties. Qualified candidates must be excellent communicators and must possess the ability to foster relationships with both internal employees and external vendors/clients. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.

Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter Responsibilities

• Working as a team to ensure that staffing needs of clients are being met
• Support candidate screening and hiring processes
• Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee legal and government documents, etc.
• Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training
• Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure payroll is being met for associates
• Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
• Post ads and various recruitment strategies are being deployed in a timely manner
• Data entry

Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter Skills/Requirements

• Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
• Experience in planning and execution of staffing plans (onboarding, hiring etc.)
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
• Ability to work on call on a rotational basis
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Valid certification (e.g. ASA credentials) is a plus

Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter Pay Rate: $18/hour+ DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
