RSI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to find, source, attract and hire talent with the goal to fulfill RSI's hiring needs.
Minimum Qualifications and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience
- Proven experience in full cycle recruitment
- Supports the mission, vision, core values and strategic goals of Residential Services, Inc.
- Conducts self in a professional manner and maintains a professional appearance
- Follows and supports organization's policies and procedures
- Evaluates own performance and assumes responsibility for professional development
- Participates in meetings or events as needed, including some nights and weekends
- Understanding of HR policies, labor legislation, and best practices
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of computers in a Windows environment, especially Microsoft Office Software Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and internet search
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Familiarity with job boards, social media, and HR software, databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Ability to handle the demands of various personality types with tact
- Ability to maintain a strong professional and positive demeanor
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
- Ability and experience exercising discretion and handling confidentiality of sensitive information
