Express Wash Concepts is the parent company of 80+ award winning, express car wash locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina under the following brands: Moo Moo Express Car Wash, Flying Ace Express Car Wash, Clean Express Auto Wash, Green Clean Express Auto Wash and Bee Clean Express Car Wash.
The recruiting coordinator will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be a key contact to support the hiring needs of our wash locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage job postings
- Follow up with applicants
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Connect with passive job seekers to educate them on the benefits of working at Express Wash Concepts
- Build a pipeline of future talent
- Attend in-person and virtual hiring events
- Provide onboarding support to new hires and managers
- Record keeping maintenance such as WOTC and other reports
- 1 year of recruiting experience, or related education
- Knowledge of best practices for recruiting and hiring laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and utilize new computer systems
- Occasional travel to wash sites or regions may be required
