Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will be an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with recruiters, human resources, hiring teams and candidates during the interview, hiring and on-boarding process. The person in this role will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of interviews across multiple functional disciplines and locations. This will be a US based remote role, the ideal candidate will be based in the North East.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist in guiding applicants through the hiring process; ensuring the highest quality candidate experience to maintain the company's standing as an Employer of Choice
  • Provide administrative support for the full lifecycle recruitment, including posting roles, formatting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters for various clients and locations
  • Create and maintain user guides to support human resources and recruiting processes
  • Assist in the creation and definition of common standards that will improve efficiency and deliver a world-class candidate experience, while remaining flexible to support the different business units/regions and changing priorities
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are tracked in the ATS, JazzHR
  • Run and track pre-employment screens and background checks
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and work with hiring managers to create training schedules
  • Monitor compliance of internal manual HR processes
  • Assist in on-boarding/ off-boarding of employees
  • Provide timely communication and information to recruiters, hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering optional efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward
  • Act as back-up to peers across the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by team

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • Experience with coordination, scheduling or administrative support; recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Teams and Excel
  • Experience with an ATS preferred, working knowledge of JazzHR a plus
  • Experience with prescreening and background checks preferred, working knowledge of Sterling a plus
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues or unfamiliar situations
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for providing top-notch customer service

Experience:

  • Communication: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruiter or HR or Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

Salary Range: $45,000-$75,000
