Fettig.jobs is a growing, family-owned staffing agency serving West Michigan with three locations. We really care about our team and are looking for a highly energetic and motivated team member to join our team as a Recruiter / Staffing Partner. Ideal candidates are driven to meet customer and associate needs, team oriented and fun to be around.

We are currently hiring for a Recruiter / Staffing Partner to work out of our Cedar Springs office.

This office has two team members who complete all tasks for the branch and its associates, including administrative needs. The right candidate will be flexible and adapt to regularly changing needs and job duties.

We call this position a Staffing Partner since the role is focused on success for our applicants and our customers. This role is a combination of Recruiter and Account Manager. Your primary role is to source and recruit qualified applicants for the manufacturing industry. Candidates with backgrounds in Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service, Education, Retail and Restaurant work have all done well in this role!

Recruiters / Staffing Partners are paid a base salary, plus commissions for recruiting efforts. Standard salary averages between $55-65K in the first year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify candidates for open positions – using job boards, postings, and other referral sources
• Call and Recruit applicants
• Interview and identify candidates’ skill sets
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to applicants and associates
• Schedule interviews at Fettig.jobs and customer sites
• Administer drug screens, company onboarding documentation and other administrative tasks for associates
• Job Offer and promote jobs to qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate records
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Keep candidate and customer information up to date in recruitment software
• Work with Sales, Operations and Human Resources to ensure timely communication with our customers and associates.

Salary: Salary dependent on experience, plus commissions and bonus. Earning potential between $70K-$90K/year.

Bilingual; fluent in English required, Spanish Speaking helpful
