Essential Functions

• Work alongside with the Staffing Manager to ensure all newly onboarded temp staff members are being added to our staffing platform and scheduled for their shifts.
• Manage all candidate communications through phone calls, texts, and/or emails.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market conditions and advise candidates as needed
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Perform initial interviews with qualified candidates and match to appropriate positions
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Build rapport quickly and develop strong relationships with candidates.
• Present offers to candidates and engage in negotiations.
• Manage background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and assessments as needed.
  Attend job fairs and/or hiring events as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING FOR F&B POSITIONS! - line level cooks, chefs, chef de cuisine, sous chefs, floor managers, restaurant managers, assistant managers, etc.
• MUST LIVE AND RESIDE ON OAHU!
• Must have at least (3) years experience of recruiting employees in high-volume (min 15 new-hires per month)
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite
• Proven ability create a strong pipeline of candidates for available positions
• Driven and self-motivated to reach and exceed goals
• Top-tier written and verbal communications skills.
• Fluent and comfortable with Microsoft programs, excel sheets, etc.
• Highly organized and prioritization skill sets.
• Works effectively with coworkers - backing each other up and troubleshooting problems together as a team.

Compensation

This is a full-time exempt salaried position. $50,000/year + HIGH commission opportunities with top-tier benefits. No cap on commission. Clear pathways for advancement and rapid growth.

Working Conditions

The physical office is located at 1500 Kapiolani Blvd, Suite M4. This is a hybrid work position. Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be available to work some weekends (on average 1 weekend every 6-8
weeks).
