Recruiter

Description of duties:

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting at all levels of the organization (Hourly Team Members through Director/VP level roles).

Owns the Applicant Tracking System and troubleshoots any issues.

Builds relationships with candidates and recruiting vendors to ensure SLM offers the best Total Rewards and recruiting experience for all parties.

Coordinates interviews throughout the company and ensures a smooth transition from sourcing to interviewing to offer letters.

Provides and maintains a quality of work that exceeds candidates’ expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Recruiting with knowledge of recruiting for non-exempt roles.

Professional and possess excellent communication skills, as well as self-motivated and energetic.

Experience with HRIS, ATS, Recruiting tools is required.
