• Coordinates and executes complete candidate onboarding, including but not limited to: Obtaining offer approval; extending verbal and formal offers for employment; conducting background checks and drug screenings; sending new hire announcements; mailing and collecting new hire paperwork
• Posts career opportunities via the applicant tracking system and job boards, and maintains open positions listing and job descriptions
• Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the needs to fill the position
• Screens and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal interview team and hiring managers
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to determine offer details
• Support the department’s metric reporting by collaborating with other HR disciplines to ensure all information is accurate
• Assists with HR related projects and tasks as needed

• A minimum of 4+ years of recruiting experience as a corporate Recruiter or in an agency environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience with an ATS is required, experience with ICIMS is preferred
• Experience in a high volume environment strongly preferred

  Sits at a computer station, meeting table or work desk for more than two-thirds of each day
• Stands and walks to other stations and departments throughout the day
• Uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment most of the day
• May stoop or crouch to access files or storage
• Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
• Hearing and speech within normal ranges and sufficient for clear communication face to face and especially via the telephone
• Lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; lifts 25 pounds occasionally
• Exposed to noise levels typical of office environments
