We are searching for a full-time Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to fill open positions throughout the agency, following standards from various regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required or may substitute degree with a minimum of five years’ experience working as a recruiter Bilingual is a plus! Duties and Responsibilities
· Builds and maintains a partnership relationship with management team and directors to determine staffing needs for their programs.
· Analyzes departments plans and objectives and ensures goals related to staffing can be achieved, timely.
· Develops new and creative recruitment strategies to recruit and attract qualified candidates.
· Creates and maintains a credential qualification table by position to ensure consistency in recruitment qualifications following various regulatory standards.
· Prepares and presents required information including but not limited to the correct staffing and changes of information, including HR Vacancy report as needed.
· Maintains applicant tracking ensuring candidate flow and requisitions are up to date.
· Expands applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; building relationships.
· Prepares, conducts and/or attends relevant job fairs.
· Follows up with department leaders or assigned recruiters with the status of interviews, weekly.
· Works in conjunction with the HR Generalist to ensure all pre-employment screenings are completed and tracked properly including but not limited to background and drug test clearances, employment and reference checks, educational credentials, etc.
· Completes and submits to HR Director the vacancy/recruitment table in a timely manner.
· Maintains “new hires in progress” file so that teams are aware candidates have accepted.
· Stays current on the agency organizational structure, personal policies, and federal laws regarding employment practices.
· Works with the Director of HR on the agency wages comparability study, and completes other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
