What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

  • You will help us source, contact and recruit the best talent for our organization.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Consult with our leadership team to determine competencies required to perform the jobs.
  • Manage our applicant tracking software and ensure it’s being used efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively contact and network with the public to find candidates who may not be actively searching for a new job.

Desired Skills and Experience

If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging – you’re about 90% there:

  • Outgoing personality.
  • Prior work experience in Recruiting or Sales (preferably both) is a plus
  • General knowledge of the trades, construction, or home services industry is a plus
  • Must be fluent in using Windows, including MS Office and Excel
