About the Role:

This position will be responsible for finding, sourcing and attracting top talent to meet our company’s growing hiring needs.

What will I be doing?

• Develop a recruiting strategy, set goals and objectives to meet yearly hiring goals

• Source passive candidates

• Communicate and meet with hiring managers to understand their needs

• Build community relationships to build our talent pipeline

• Use a multi-channel approach to recruiting

• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet position requirements

• Schedule and conduct phone screenings and face to face interviews.

What must I have?

• A bachelor's degree and two to five years of recruiting experience.

• Be a self-starter

• Strong collaboration and critical thinking

• Strong interpersonal relations skills

• Strong communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

What other specific skills & experiences would be good for me to have?

• Career Fair experience

• Engineering recruitment experience

• Previous HR experience
