Job Title: Recruiter
Pay Rate: $19/hr - $21/hr, based on relevant experience
Duration: 7 - month W2 contract with potential to extend or convert
Location: Fully onsite in Winchester, VA (220 Park Center Dr., Winchester, VA 22603)
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm EST
We’re partnering with a well-known food production company who's looking for a Recruiter to join their team in Winchester, VA!
HM's "MUST HAVES":
- At least 1 year recruiting experience (preferably in production)
- Proficient in Workday (strongly preferred but not a big must)
- Go getter, needs minimal supervision
- Strong communicator
We are looking for a candidate that has:
- Full cycle recruiting experience (requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidate, etc.).
- Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous Workday experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Knowledge with maintenance in a manufacturing plant (electrical, mechanical, industrial) is a plus but not necessary.
