We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Sales Assistant. Qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and experience in all Microsoft applications.

The following is the essential functions of a Receptionist/Sales Assistant at Audi West Palm Beach:
- Position is the "Concierge" of the dealership, requiring the utmost attention to all visitors that enter the dealership showroom.
- Must be able to coordinate and effectively communicate information to customers, employees and management.
- Must have proficient knowledge of word and excel and be able to monitor and produce reports.
- Must be able to answer telephone calls, routing calls to the proper individual and taking messages as needed.
- Must be able to communicate via email
- Must have understanding of dealership and manufacturer sales processes.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer situations and/or complaints.
- May need to walk with a customer to another part of the showroom or inventory lot
- Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code.
- Must have product knowledge of vehicles sold by the Dealership.
- Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10am - 7pm. There may be after hours work depending on activity in the Dealership. The occasional weekend/holiday schedule may be required depending on levels of business/needs of the General Manager.
- Job requires sitting at a desk, greeting all visitors who enter the showroom, working on a computer and answering telephone lines.
- Job will entail mostly sitting with occasional walking. Job will entail checking General Manager and Sales Managers voicemails, taking messages for same. Position supports the General Manager and Sales Managers with administrative duties, such as taking meeting minutes, preparing interoffice memos, composing letters on behalf of the GM and Sales managers, checking GM’s emails as well as sending emails on his behalf.
- Job will entail handling creating and sending out FED EX packages as required.
- Other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
