Winchester Community Mental Health Center is seeking motivated Group Services Receptionist to join our dynamic team. Entry Level Position, with starting pay $12.00/hour and no benefits. Candidates must pass criminal background check.

The Group Services receptionist provides a point of contact for our clients in the Intensive Outpatient Program. The receptionist will serve patients by greeting them and assisting them throughout the day. Provide guidance to new patients about the details, services, and systems within the group programs. Ensure that patients are acclimated to the programs and that schedules are adhered to. Will schedule medication management appointments, therapy appointments, and coordinate with all other service providers. Collect and maintain all records and accounts receivable for patients within the PHP/IOP program.

Hours for this position - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30 pm

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications: Must be familiar with Excel, have basic computer knowledge.

Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma preferably Associates or Bachelors
