Job description
Fast-paced optometric office is hiring a receptionist; the ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be detail oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and have the ability to meet with patients in a professional and friendly manner. Primary duties include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling patient exams and appointments, greeting patients and other business associates, and providing a variety of front desk administrative duties. Would like to hire someone with experience, but are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Must have good computer skills; experience with OfficeMate a plus.
