Receiving Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:15am to 03:45pm)

• Responsible for the timely and accurate receiving of all items delivered to the production site
• Follows established procedures to document all receiving transactions in the ERP and applicable internal systems
• Coordinates the activities of the receiving dock, including advising suppliers in the unloading of trucks
• Operates powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material
• Physically unloads trucks using hand devices or forklifts
• Transacts deliveries in the ERP system in accordance with training and current standards
• Ensures compliance requirements are met in the identification, labeling, tracking, and storage of materials
• Verifies supplier deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
• Adheres to all regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO, etc.)

Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of shipping, logistics, warehouse, or similar experience
• Strong people skills and moral character
• Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
• Forklift certified
• Strong system thinking abilities and problem solving skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
