Easton Companies’ position of Rebar Fabricator Manager offers an individual the opportunity for growth and future advancement to positions within the company and other divisions of Easton Companies.
Starting wage is dependent on experience. Experience is not necessary, we will train.
Role and Responsibilities
The Rebar Fabricator assists the Rebar Manager in the crucial role of supporting operations by keeping rebar orders on schedule and at the ready for crews and jobs.
- Cut and form rebar to the proper specifications required for each job.
- Demonstrate ability to use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machine and other hand tools.
- Maintain a sufficient rebar inventory.
- Assist in facility and yard maintenance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements * Must Have a Valid Driver’s License
Additional and preferred skills to include:
- Valid CDL License
- Forklift and/or skid steer operator certification
- Education: High school diploma or GED (minimum).
Skills/Core Knowledge * Candidate must have manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Very good physical strength and stamina, able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions.
- Aptitude in using various hand tools and precision measurement tools (i.e. calipers)
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions
- A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
