Compensation:

$120,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales

  • Networking and prospecting

  • Consulting with home buyers and showing properties
  • Consulting with home sellers and marketing properties
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Engaging in training, education, and coaching to consistently be on the cutting edge for your clients

Qualifications:
  • Show good organizational and time management skills

  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
