Leads are crazy right now!!

We have seen a lot of changes in the lead game over the last 3 years. We have seen $20 leads, $30 leads, and the worst I’ve seen is $48 leads. Are you getting the number of leads from your brokerage you need to be successful? How many free leads can you work a month? 30? 60? Or more? We are looking for aggressive agents to join our brokerage that want to make some money with free leads.

You 1st Realty is looking for agents committed to real estate and growing their business. Warm leads are the answer to getting more closings and making more money, but these leads still have to be worked. That is where we come in! We are looking for agents to join our HIT SQUAD and learn how to make real estate a CONSISTENT “six-figures” reality. As part of our brokerage and specifically our Hit Squad, we are going to give you a personal website, a personal CRM for managing your leads, an AI Robot to help you with lead conversion, $500+ dollars of leads per month, a 1,000 lead database to help get you started in real estate, and then all of the training on scripts, workflow, and how to grow a successful business. Here is what we are looking for:

· Committed. As a member of our Hit Squad, expectations are higher and we demand more of our agents. There are trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions that are required as part of the position.

· Coachable. There is a 90% failure rate for 1st year agents. This is because most brokerages don’t teach agents how to run a business and leave them out to dry with nothing more than pointless meetings. Are you able to learn things quickly and adapt them to your business? Are you ok with your work being critiqued? Being a student in this game is critical to learning the right way to do business.

· Hard-Working. Do you have the drive inside of you to make real estate a career? If most agents give 50% effort, are you willing to give 200% to become successful? Daily and weekly training, long hours, lots of paychecks.
