Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 based on plan

Responsibilities:

• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
• Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions

• Develop and nurture relationships with the people who know you, like you and trust you.
• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team with value propositions through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
• Participate in team coaching and training
• Develop expert market knowledge and negotiation skills
• Script and role-play with fellow agents
• Participate in and contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and events

Qualifications:

• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
