Summary of Responsibilities:

The Real Estate Accounts Receivable Assistant position accurately and efficiently performs all functions of the billing cycle to include entering tenant charges and adjustments; preparing tenant invoices; posting payments; and preparing and distributing related documents for multiple properties within the organization.

Summary of Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates for the Real Estate Accounts Receivable Assistant position should possess effective client service, verbal and written communication, organizational and time-management skills with a high attentiveness to detail. The effective ability to adapt, prioritize, and multi-task when faced with changing priorities and multiple tasks/projects within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines is required. This position exercises utmost discretion and confidentiality on various matters; and escalates issues to management or other team members as required. Prior accounts receivable or comparable experience is required. Prior experience in the construction/real estate/development industry is a plus. MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) experience is required; and experience with Sage Accounting Software is preferred. An Associate degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
