Pay: $45,000/year plus 80% of lesson commission

JOB TITLE: Racquet Sports Professional

Reports to: Director of Tennis
Position Summary:

Greets and assists members/guests with a smile. Assists Director of Tennis with Maintenance and Tennis duties.
Essential Job Functions:

• Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees.
• Answers incoming calls, directs to appropriate personnel, takes and delivers messages
• Assists Members with purchases of merchandise at Tennis Pro Shop
• Generates and updates tennis information including schedules and emails for members and guests
• Performs general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy and fax machine.
• Operates and organizes front desk including maintaining appearance and restocking/producing flyers, bulletin boards, etc.
• Maintains supply inventory levels
• Assists manager with correspondence and other special projects as assigned
• Maintains Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts & Pickleball Courts

Education/Experience:

College or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences. Valid USPTA or PTR certification.
Computer Skills:

Microsoft excel, Word, POS systems
