Wolfgang Confectioners currently has openings for a QA Technician on 2nd shift at our Loganville facility. 'EXPERIENCE REQUIRED' Success in this position will require the skill set for the following job requirements:

Works cross-functionally with the operations management team to ensure compliance with the Wolfgang Confectioners Safe Quality Food and HACCP Programs as well as FDA regulations and customer requirements.

Formal SQF training/certifications are preferred.

• Supports the QA department manager in coordinating, communicating, training and maintaining consistent food safety process standards for all Wolfgang employees.

• Supports cross functional training of all Wolfgang employees to ensure understanding and compliance with GMP’s and sanitation SOP’s, allergen awareness, food safety and food security concepts, attaining food quality standards and ensuring documentation of all training.

• Conducts line and product testing to ensure compliance for customer product specifications, and SQF program requirements.

• Tough-minded work style, customer centric and positive problem-solving skills using continuous improvement methodology.

• Multi-cultural environment.

• Complies with all food and work-place safety procedures.

• Professional communication skills.

• Strong organization and self-starter.

• Ability to complete required technical paperwork.

• The flexibility of tasks assigned.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

3pm - 11pm

$19 - $21 D.O.E. plus shift differential
