TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seat & interior trim, with operations in 14 countries. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our Canal Winchester location (TS Trim Industries). TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V.

There is an immediate opening for the position of Quality Inspector 2nd shift, 4:30pm-1am. Starting pay $17.95/hour plus $.30 shift differential with a $1.50 increase after one month for a total of $19.45.

What we are looking for:

People with an eye for detail & a passion for quality are needed for this position. Our products are high quality & require excellence in each stage of production to ensure they are superbly built.

Position Summary: Work as directed by Administrator to achieve the goals set for customer quality expectations, production requirements, scrap requirements, rework requirements and customer delivery expectations. Follow all guidelines set forth by both ISO 9000 and 14001. Follow all work instructions as defined by the current revision located at the relevant work stations. Help ensure that TSTI is always producing & shipping a quality product.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Good math skills

· Good analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills

· Good decision making skills

· Must be able to pass a Munsell Color Evaluation Test

· Ability to adapt & be flexible while managing multiple projects

· Must be able to follow detailed instructions

· Ability to interact with all levels of associates

· Good communication skills including reading, writing & verbal skills

· Ability to have a flexible schedule. Able to change shifts & work overtime on short notice

· Ability to be self-motivated & work independently with limited supervision

· Ability to maintain confidential information

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Maintain sufficient knowledge of all ISO/TS Procedures

· Support QC business plan activities

· Work in a fast paced environment, producing a quality product

· Read, understand, apply & perform specific job functions as outlined in the work instructions while meeting quality expectations

· Understand key quality checks to ensure we are sending quality parts that meet our customer’s expectations (PQCT)

· Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the associate handbook

· Other duties as determined by management

· Support other departments as needed

Secondary/Cross Training (Backup) Position Responsibilities:

· Cross-train on other positions as necessary

Essential Skills and Experience:

· Understand the Quality Index System & the important role it plays

· Maintain an attendance record which reflects positively on position

· Check finished goods & injection products
